Roasted inner hazelnuts are the kernels extracted from the tough shells of in-shell hazelnuts. The inner hazelnuts are prepared in three categories: Extra, Grade 1, and Grade 2. The smallest diameter for Extra and Grade 1 hazelnuts is 9 mm. Hazelnuts with smaller diameters are referred to as fine or

piccolo hazelnuts.

Extra and Grade 1 inner hazelnuts are typically prepared in sizes ranging from 11-13 mm, 13-15 mm, and above, according to the preferences of the buyers.

Available in different weights, such as 25g, 40g, 80g, 250g, 500g, 1kg, 3kg, and 5kg, they are presented in special packaging.
